The Colosseum

Trevi Fountain

The legend says that one who throws a coin in the fountain shall one day return to Rome.
Piazza Navona

It was mainly used for festivals and sporting events. The buildings surrounding the square stand where the spectators once sat. Today, the square features no less than three magnificent fountains and is an immensely popular place to sip a cappuccino, shop, and watch street performers.
The Pantheon

The portico opens into a rotunda which is topped with a concrete dome with a central opening: the oculus. The Pantheon’s dome is still the largest unreinforced concrete dome in the world.

Romantic and still affordable
Posted by Sarah Rowe on November 1st, 2014I've wanted to go to Rome since I was a little girl in school, and I was surprised by how reasonably priced this trip was! My fiance and I purchased a hotel suite, meal plan, and car rental and yet we'll still be able to afford a wedding, LOL!
Had a mix-up but received great service
