Not impressed by room service

My family has traveled to a different resort each year and this one was disappointingly mediocre. The towels in our room hadn't even been changed since the last customer checked out, and we had to request a different room.

Posted by Neil Phillips on October 14th, 2014This was a much needed rejuvenation for me. Really enjoyed the services, they had anything you can think of - massages, rock climbing, diving, hiking, etc. 4/5 stars, will certainly recommend to others.

Posted by Maxine Spencer on January 12th, 2015I was so impressed by the customer service MileStone gave, I asked for a last minute change and even that gotten taken care of immediately. My only complaint is that this resort seemed a little pricey for it's quality, but still a very enjoyable vacation.
